(Northfield, IL) – In a move aimed at providing retailers with the most current strategies to remain competitive and increase their sales, TransWorld Exhibits, Inc. announced today the line-up for the 24th International Halloween Costume & Party Show seminar series scheduled during the show March 16-19, 2008, at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas. Interactive seminars and panel discussions, in cooperation with leading industry magazines, will be held Sunday, March 16, 2008, and Monday March 17, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
“This year, we’re offering eight compelling and diverse seminar topics to give attendees a new roadmap for growing their business with in-store and online sales tactics,” said Joe Thaler, chief executive officer and chairman of TransWorld Exhibits, Inc. “The speakers, moderators and panel discussions will bring strategies to the table and offer combined industry knowledge to help attendees understand and capitalize on industry trends and business applications.”
Highlighting each day will be a panel discussion of leading independent retailers moderated by editors of key industry magazines. These interactive, how-to discussions will address attendees’ specific concerns in the areas of promoting websites, boosting sales with party rentals, incorporating the adult/sexy costume craze into product lines, and designing value-added décor and centerpieces with simple balloon concepts.
“Participants will specifically benefit from the panel discussions that will cover all aspects of marketing and give them insights on relevant topics to staying competitive,” said Thaler. “By attending the International Halloween Costume & Party Show and the seminar series, they will receive a complete educational experience that they can apply to their businesses back home.”
